Les animaux sont-ils admis dans tous les espaces du camping ? 

For reasons of hygiene, dogs and cats are not allowed in the accommodation, but only on bare pitches. Pets must be vaccinated and tattooed. A canidouche is available for washing your pets after the beach.

Is the campsite VACAF approved?

The campsite is not VACAF approved.

Is it possible to choose your location?

The chargeable “guaranteed pitch selection” option can be selected at the time of booking, subject to availability. We recommend this option only for holidaymakers who know the campsite and want a specific pitch.

For others, a comment area is available at the time of booking, where you can mention your wishes, which we will do our utmost to meet.

Can I add a tent next to my mobile home?

No. Our mobile homes are designed to accommodate up to 6 or 7 people, depending on the model, and it is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent next to the accommodation.

Is there TV in the mobile homes?

Only mobile homes in the Forêt sector are not equipped with televisions. The Ophéa 2-bedroom, Pep’s and Grand Ophéa 3-bedroom ranges are all equipped with TV sets.

Are mobile homes air-conditioned?

Our mobile homes are not air-conditioned.

Am I responsible for cleaning the mobile home?

You are required to clean your accommodation before the outgoing inventory of fixtures. A cleaning fee can be paid in advance of your stay. In this case, you are only responsible for drying and tidying the dishes.

Do I need a deposit?

On arrival, a security deposit is required to cover the cost of cleaning and any shortages or damage. It can be deposited by credit card or by cheque (not cashed) and will be returned within two weeks of your departure.

Can I have a pitch with electricity and water included?

Our pitches are all equipped with electrical terminals (10A) with European plugs, access to drinking water and a drainage system. You’ll need to remember to bring your European adaptor for the electrical terminal, a minimum 10-meter extension cord and a connection for the water tap.

Is there a freezer available to chill the ice creams?

Is there a freezer available to chill the ice creams?
No, but subject to availability, you can rent a refrigerator (see current rates on our website).

My vehicle is over 2.65 m high. Which side of the campsite will I be set up on?

Our campsite is separated by the road to Notre Dame de Monts, but the two parts are linked by a 2.65 m high underground tunnel. It is important to inform us of the height of your vehicle when booking to facilitate access to the campsite. Exceptionally, caravans over 2.65 m will be able to enter and leave the campsite via a service access.

When are the aquatic areas open?

Opening and closing dates for the indoor pool and waterslides vary from year to year and are indicated on our website in the aquatic area section. The open-air pool and aqualudic pool are open from July 1ᵉʳ to August 31.

What are the opening hours for the aquatic areas?

The indoor pool and waterslides are open from 11 a.m. to 6.45 p.m. in low season, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. in July and August. The outdoor pool and aqualudic pool are open from 11am to 7pm in July and August.

Are swimming shorts and Bermuda shorts allowed in swimming pools?

Swimming shorts are not allowed in our pools. Please bring your swimsuit or swimming trunks with you.

Are the pools supervised?

In July and August, BNSSA-qualified lifeguards are on hand in our aquatic areas for your safety. Parents must nevertheless accompany their children to the pool, and remain responsible for their supervision.

When does the season begin?

Our activity leaders are on hand throughout the school vacations. See the dedicated section for precise dates.

Are all events open to the public and not subject to booking?

All events are free of charge, unless otherwise indicated on the schedule. The bingo and one of the pétanque tournaments require a small fee. Participation in archery is free of charge, upon registration at reception.

At what age can I enroll my child in the mini-club?

The mini-club is reserved for children aged 6 to 12. It’s free and no registration is required. All you need to do is arrive at the activities ¼ hour before the time indicated on the activity schedule.

How can I find out about the schedule of events?

The schedule is posted in various places around the campsite and on the notice board next to reception. It can also be consulted on our digital welcome guide.

How many themed evenings will there be per week in July and August?

At least two theme evenings are organized every week.

Is it worth arriving in the morning to settle into my mobile home or pitch?

If you arrive earlier, you can check in at reception, but you will be required to wait until the pitch has been vacated or until the cleaning staff have finished preparing the accommodation. It is best to arrive at reception at the times indicated.

How far is the campsite from the beach?

La Davière beach is 800m from the campsite. Access is via a gate open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in May, June and September, and from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in July and August.

Is the campsite served by public transport?

In June, July and August, the “la littorale” bus line serves the campsite at the “Rive – La Davière” stop.

Is the campsite close to the town center?

It’s about 4 km to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Monts or Notre-Dame-de-Monts. Whether you’re a pedestrian or a cyclist, you can use the cycle paths and lanes provided.

Are bicycles available for hire on the campsite?

Our partner Cycl’hop, present on the campsite, rents bicycles and accessories on site. You can reserve your bike online before your stay and pick it up on site on the day of your arrival.

What time can I pick up the keys to my accommodation?

In May, June and September, you can move into your accommodation from 3pm; in July and August, the mobile home is only available from 5pm.

Do I have to make an appointment for the inventory of fixtures when I leave? ?

On your arrival, we will give you an inventory sheet of your accommodation, which you must complete and return to us at the reception desk, indicating any damage or missing items. An appointment for the outgoing inventory must be made at this time or later in the week. Accommodation must be vacated before 12pm in low season and before 10am in high season.

Can I rent a cot or high chair?

You can rent a cot or high chair at any time, subject to availability. These extras are charged at the current rate, which can be consulted on our website.

Is there a bread depot?

The grocery store offers bread and pastries every morning, without reservation.

Is there a launderette on site?

Self-service 6 kg washing machines are available in the laundry, as are large-capacity tumble dryers. Washing machine tokens can be purchased from the vending machine with contactless payment or at reception. Use of the tumble dryer requires €1 coins per drying cycle.

Are barbecues allowed?

Gas or electric barbecues are permitted throughout the campsite, unless otherwise stipulated by prefectural decree. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted in the first part of the site, due to the proximity of the forest.

I booked my mobile home through my works council or a tour operator. Why can’t you give me more information about my booking?

Tour operators send us their holiday listings a few days before your arrival. We simply don’t have the information you need.
