Plunge into the heart of history at the Puy du Fou, located not far from our campsite, and explore Europe’s most famous theme park, repeatedly awarded for the quality and grandeur of its shows.

Every show will stir up a whole new range of emotions within you. No fewer than twenty shows punctuate your visit, and to round off the day, choose from one of the following spectacular evening shows:
– The Cinéscénie, a monumental 1 hour 40-minute show featuring over 1,200 actors and dancers on a 23-hectare stage, enhanced by 24,000 costumes.
– The Noces de Feu (Wedding of Fire), a poetic production where music, dance and water effects come together in a magical atmosphere.
The Park’s villages and forests
Cross the centuries by visiting the villages and forests of Puy du Fou, near your campsite in Vendée.
You’ll discover Font Rognou, where warriors, lords and craftsmen come to life in an authentic setting. The village of Chasseloup transports you to the heart of the Age of Enlightenment, with its narrow streets, traditional crafts and activities inspired by life in days gone by.
The Bourg Bérard transports you back to the Belle Époque, a time of celebrations, entertainment and discovery. As for the fort at Saint-Philbert-le-Vieil, it takes you back to a bygone era, characterised by feudal lords, their mounted warriors and the earliest fortifications.
Don’t miss the animal meadow, an ideal place where young and old alike can get up close to and observe numerous species.

Just 1 hour 30 minutes from the campsite, the Puy du Fou invites you to immerse yourself in history with its breathtaking shows!
💡 Practical tip: remember to reserve your tickets 72 h in advance at reception to take full advantage of this unique family experience. On the big day, take the road to Les Épesses and immerse yourself in the park’s grandiose ambience. From gladiators to knights, Vikings to the adventures of the Round Table, you’ll experience a fascinating journey through the ages.
