BICYCLE STOP

The device "Bicycle stop" was created at the initiative of the Regional Tourist Board (CRT) in the Centre Region, which relied on the repository hosting the Eurovéloroute rivers and Repositories bike rentals, sites visits and tourist offices developed within the framework of the "Loire à Vélo".

The challenge is to combine these approaches Quality under a common label: "Bicycle stop".

The aim is to develop the label in the territories featuring bicycle tourist routes, staked and respectful of national specifications of Véloroutes and Greenways.

It is in this perspective, to create a consistent and identifiable services tailored for cycling tourists, more and more including cycling routes developed.

"Accueil Vélo" is the guarantee for the cyclist of an establishment:
* Located less than 5 km from a cycling route
* With equipment suitable for cyclists: secure bicycle shelter, repair kit
* With a warm welcome (practical information, advice (itineraries, weather etc ...))
* Which provides dedicated services for bicycle travelers: luggage transfer, laundry and drying, bicycle rental, bicycle washing

The label "Bicycle stop" therefore committed professionals through Repositories quality based on criteria of hospitality and service ensuring delivery meets the needs of cycling tourists.
